Elisabeth Assal-Bouchardy loves to think that developing countries have comparative advantages allowing them to develop nice market opportunities in agro-ecology. Currently, she provides mediation and coaching services through her company Human Capital Partners. Previously, she worked abroad as a delegate to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and later as a member of staff at ICRC headquarters.

Elisabeth holds a MSc in International Relations from the International Institute for Development Studies (HEI, at the time), and a DAS in Entrepreneurship from the University of Geneva.

She is also a mother of three and is passionate about the potential of young people and sustainable development.
