Eric Couper is the cofounder of Perennial Foods Group which sells fresh produce grown by Ethiopian smallholder farmers under the
GreenPath Food brand and herbal tea as
Kib Tea. Serving as Director of Operations for five years, he led the company’s production, packhouse, nursery, international procurement, technology, and expansion units.
He has a Masters of Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia University in New York as well as a BA in International Relations from Tulane University.
Eric is also passionate about cooking, Louisiana culture, and cognitive science.
