Present from the beginning of the project, Bekele comes from a family of farmers and has worked in vegetable production for many years. He’s been trained on organic farming, and he’s involved at all stages of the vegetable production under the supervision of our farm coordinator. He’s managing the plant nursery, preparing the soil, harvesting organic vegetables and collecting seeds for seeds multiplication.
